 Contest Rules and Regulations: |
1. Conditions - Entrants release I2V Inc., their directors, employees, divisions, affiliates, officers, subsidiaries, agents, advertising agencies and all others associated with the development and execution of the program, from and against any and all liability with respect to or in any way arising from this contest and the awarding and use of the prizes, including liability for personal injury. Any litigation respecting the conduct or organization of a publicity contest may be submitted to the “Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux” for a ruling. Any litigation respecting the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the “Régie” only for the purpose of helping the parties reach a settlement.
2. Prize Drawing - A random drawing will be held from among all eligible entries. The winners will be announced live on our website on Friday September 30, 2005 at 5pm. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received (Expectancy is 3 in 35). Winners agree to be bound by these rules and the decisions of I2V Inc. are final and binding. Qualified individual whose entry is drawn must be present at given email address in order to receive prize.
3. Prizes - Three (3) winners will receive the following prizes:
• Grand Prize : PlayStation Portable , with a retail value of US$249.00
• Second Prize : 1 year Extension of Current Hosting Plan
• Third Prize : 6 months Extension of Current Hosting Plan
4. Eligibility - Contest applies to new accounts only. Current hosting account holders are also eligible upon signing up a new domain. Multiple accounts are welcome and will increase the chance of winning. Clients requesting refunds within the 1 st 30 days, will automatically drop out of the contest. Employees, or relatives of employees of I2V Inc., their respective divisions, affiliates, officers, subsidiaries, agents, and advertising agencies are ineligible. Subject to all laws and regulations and void where prohibited or restricted by law. Sweepstakes ends August 31, 2005.
