There is an applicable one time setup fee of $9.99 with all new activations.

What are the terms for the Money Back Guarantee?
If, for some reason you are not satisfied with
our services, you'll need to notify us by email at billing@hostmei2v.com
within 30 days after your account activation, and we will refund the yearly
hosting fee. The setup and domain registration fees are non refundable. Please read our Terms of Use for more details on our 30 Day Money Back Guarantee.
What are your payment methods?
We accept VISA, Mastercard, and checks.
All checks must be in US funds, and the process of account activation will be slower as compared to credit card payment.

How do I get started?
Simply register your domain, if you haven't already done so, click on the package you'd like to sign up to, fill out the application form, and you're ready to go.
Can I pay on a monthly basis rather than yearly?
At I2V web services, we believe that it is more cost efficient for the client to sign up on a yearly basis, one of the reasons why our rates are so low.

How do I cancel my account?
Simply send us an email at billing@hostmei2v.com
with a cancellation request.
How do I renew my account at the end of my term?
3 weeks before the end of your term, you'll be notified with an email by our support team, and all you'll need to do is reply to that email with a confirmation to keep your account active. Your credit card will be charged for an additional term.
If you fail to reply to our notification, your account will be deactivated for a period of a month, at which time it will be completely deleted from our servers.
